Ricotta Cheese Salad
How about making a ricotta cheese salad, which is even more popular as a diet-friendly option? Let’s give it a try!

Ingredients:
- 35g Clatvelle ricotta cheese
- Romaine lettuce, baby spinach, or any other vegetables, or seasonal fruits
- Balsamic or your favorite dressing
Instructions:
- Wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- There are so many dressing options available these days, so feel free to use your favorite. I personally like to add a little lemon juice to enhance the freshness when I eat ricotta cheese salad, but if you have a sensitive stomach, maybe skip that part!
- On a salad plate or bowl, pile up the vegetables you prepared (even if it’s a diet dish, I still like to have a lot of veggies!).
- Add dollops of ricotta cheese on top using a spoon, placing the cheese in chunks.
- Drizzle your chosen dressing over the salad and it’s done!
It’s so simple, right? If you want to make it more filling and delicious, you can add green or black olives, bell peppers, or cherry tomatoes. It’s an easy and quick dish that pairs well with almost any meal, and I find it doesn’t feel like a burden to make often.
Now, just toss everything with the dressing and enjoy!
